Patients arrived excited about their plans. Then they disappeared.

A nutrition practice for people with eating disorders lived entirely on paper, spreadsheets, and good intentions and only one in five patients ever came back. The nutritionist could feel them slipping away but couldn't see why, or stop it.

The answer wasn't a better app. It was understanding what made someone feel cared for between one appointment and the next.
